On December 30, 2025, Meadow Lake RCMP received a report of a missing 18-year-old female, Karen Whitefish.
She was last in contact with loved ones on December 28, 2025.
Karen is described as:
- Height: 5 ft 6 in
- Weight: 180 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: long, brown
- Last seen wearing: black leggings, a black tank top and a black sweater
- Other descriptors: pierced ears and large tattoo on right hand
She may be driving a 2013 black Ford Escape with Saskatchewan license 725 NZC.
Investigators believe Karen was planning to travel from the Spiritwood area to the Meadow Lake area but her current whereabouts are unknown.
