Meadow Lake RCMP charge two males and a female after methamphetamine, cocaine, and weapons were seized at a residence

Meadow Lake RCMP have charged two males and a female after methamphetamine, cocaine, weapons, and drug trafficking paraphernalia were seized at a residence in Meadow Lake.

On December 31, 2025 at approximately 2:00 p.m., Meadow Lake RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on 5th Avenue East in Meadow Lake, SK as part of a drug trafficking investigation.

At the residence, officers located and seized approximately 77 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 56 grams of cocaine, two machetes, a hunting knife, an imitation firearm, bear spray, a baton, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and a sum of cash.

As a result of continued investigation, 31-year-old Kody McCallum from Meadow Lake is charged with:

  • one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
  • one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
  • two counts, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Section 88(1), Criminal Code;
  • one count, unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon or restricted weapon, Section 91(2), Criminal Code;
  • two counts, weapons possession contrary to order, Section 117.01(1), Criminal Code;
  • one count, fail to comply with release order condition, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code; and
  • one count, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code.

28-year-old Michael Ross from Meadow Lake is charged with:

  • one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
  • two counts, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Section 88(1), Criminal Code;
  • one count, using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence, Section 85(2)(a), Criminal Code; and
  • one count, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code.
  • one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, Section 5(2), Controlled Drugs and Substances Act;
  • two counts, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Section 88(1), Criminal Code;
  • one count, using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence, Section 85(2)(a), Criminal Code; and
  • one count, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5000, Section 354(1)(a), Criminal Code.

Kody McCallum and Michael Ross were arrested at the residence the search warrant was executed at. Kody McCallum is scheduled to appear in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on January 9, 2026 (Information #90574794). Michael Ross is scheduled to appear in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on February 2, 2026 (Information #90574795).

21-year-old Julianne Cardinal from Meadow Lake is charged with:

A warrant has been issued for Julianne Cardinal’s arrest. Meadow Lake RCMP are working to locate Julianne Cardinal and are asking the public to report sightings and information on her whereabouts.

Julianne Cardinal is described as:

  • Height: 5’3”
  • Weight: approximately 130 lbs
  • Eye colour: brown
  • Hair colour: brown
  • Other descriptors: mole on her left cheek

We are working to obtain a recent photo of her.
