Carrot River investigating robbery

On February 4, 2026, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Carrot River RCMP received a report of a robbery at a business in Carrot River.

Officers immediately responded. Investigation determined that the suspect entered the business and threatened an individual with a gun. The individual did not report physical injuries to police. 

The suspect stole a sum of cash from the business and the individual’s vehicle.

Carrot River RCMP are working to identify and arrest the suspect with the assistance of Nipawin RCMP. He is described as wearing a black hoodie, black and red checkered coat and a devil mask. 

He may be driving a 2015 blue Mazda 3 with Saskatchewan license plate 063 LGZ.

Carrot River and Nipawin RCMP continue to investigate.
