Craik RCMP investigating fatal collision

On June 6, 2026 at approximately 12:00 p.m., Craik RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision on Highway #11 near Craik.
Officers responded, along with local fire and EMS. Investigation determined an SUV and car collided. The driver of the car was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. The driver has been identified as a 44-year-old from Regina, SK. Their family has been notified.
A passenger from the car and the driver of the SUV were both taken to hospital by EMS with injuries described as non-life-threatening in nature.
The northbound lanes of Highway #11 were temporarily closed but have since been reopened.
Craik RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
