Melfort RCMP seek public assistance in locating missing 13-year-old male

On June 21, 2026 at approximately 4:00 p.m., Melfort RCMP received a report of a missing 13-year-old male, Lestat Whitstone.
It was reported to police that Lestat was last seen on June 21 around 3:00 p.m. on McKendry Avenue West in Melfort, SK.
Since he was reported missing, Melfort RCMP have been checking places Lestat is known to visit and following up on information received. They are now asking members of the public to report information on Lestat’s whereabouts.
Lestat is described as:
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: brown, buzz cut
- Last seen wearing: brown hoodie and brown jeans
As part of the investigation, Melfort RCMP determined Lestat may be travelling with someone known to him in an orange Chevy Avalanche truck. Photos of Lestat and the orange Chevy Avalanche truck are attached.
Lestat is known to frequent the Pelican Lake First Nation and Melfort areas, but his current whereabouts are unknown at this time.
