Rosthern RCMP seek public assistance in locating missing 36-year-old female

On July 8, 2026, Rosthern RCMP received a report of a missing 36-year-old female, Caroline Sutherland from Beardy’s and Okemasis Cree Nation. She also goes by the names ‘CJ’ or ‘Panda.’

Caroline was last seen July 1, 2026 on Avenue B in Saskatoon. 

Caroline is described as:

• Height: 5 ft 6 in
• Weight: 170 lbs
• Eye colour: brown
• Hair colour and style: brown
• Other descriptors: tattoos on face and neck, facial piercings, potentially wearing red clothing

Caroline is known to travel to the following areas:

• Beardy’s and Okemasis Cree Nation 
• Saskatoon
