St. Albert RCMP charge 5 youth with offences after altercation on city bus

St. Albert, Alta. – On Dec. 1, 2025 at 3:28 p.m.,  St. Albert RCMP received a report of a fight involving youth on a St. Albert city bus. During the altercation, one of the youth was cut with a knife. The injured youth was treated by ambulance and released. RCMP investigation identified all involved parties.

On Dec. 2, 2025, St. Albert RCMP arrested and charged all involved youth who’s ages ranged from 13 to 14 years old. Four youth were charged with assault and one youth was charge with assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. All youth were released on conditions for future court dates at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert.
