Parkland RCMP seek victims in ongoing investigation

Spruce Grove, Alta. –  On Apr. 27, 2025, Parkland RCMP observed a vehicle driving in a concerning manner and initiated a traffic stop. On further investigation it was learned that the driver was in breach of court-imposed conditions prohibiting him from being in contact with anyone under the age of 16.

The Parkland RCMP Special Investigations Unit assumed the investigation and identified an additional four victims related to several other offences.

Brian Jenkins (44), a resident of Stony Plain, has been charged with the following:

• Sexual interference;
• Invitation to Sexual Touching;
• Make Sexually Explicit Material Available to a Minor;
• Child Luring;
• Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material (x2);
• Possessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material (x2);
• Accessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material;
• Breach of Prohibition Order (x4).

Brian Jenkins is remanded into custody with his next court appearance on Dec. 17, 2025, at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert.

RCMP believe that there may be additional victims and encourage those individuals to come forward. Photos of Brian Jenkins are provided in hopes it will assist in identifying the victims. Note: The close-up photo with the dark collared top is the most recent.

Jenkins is described as:

• Fair complexion,
• 5 feet 10 inches tall,
• Approximately 230 pounds,
• Medium build,
• Blue eyes
