Wabasca RCMP requests public assistance in identifying suspects

Wabasca, Alta. – On Dec. 4, 2025, Wabasca RCMP received a complaint stating that a red Honda Quad with a toolbox on the back was stolen from the Wabasca Inn Hotel parking between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. that morning. RCMP obtained video footage showing two individuals towing it with a single rope, heading towards Gabriel Drive and possibly towards Highway 813.

Wabasca RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in relation to this incident. Anyone with footage of the area around Wabasca Inn between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m., be it dashcam or otherwise, is asked to review their footage and submit anything of interest. Anyone who has any information regarding the incident, the suspects or the location of the quad is asked please contact the Wabasca RCMP at 780-891-3765.
