St. Paul RCMP identify and charge two individuals in relation to Spring Creek property crime incidents

St. Paul, Alta. - On Apr. 16, 2026, St. Paul RCMP received numerous complaints from residents in the Spring Creek neighbourhood situated within the Town of St. Paul. Complaints reported directly to police ranged from suspicious activity to damage to property and break and enters which had reportedly occurred throughout the previous evening and early-morning hours.
A police investigation was initiated and with assistance from RCMP's Eastern Alberta District Rural Crime Reduction Unit two male suspects were identified. Extensive efforts ensued to locate the two suspects which resulted in the subsequent arrest of one of the individuals.
A 31-year-old resident of St. Paul, was arrested and has been charged with the following:
- Break and Enter with Intent; and
- Theft Under $5,000.
They were brought before a Justice of the Peace for a bail hearing and was released with conditions. They are next scheduled to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Paul on Apr. 23, 2026.
Frank Jackson, a 27-year-old resident of Saddle Lake, has also been charged with the following:
- Break and Enter with Intent; and
- Theft Under $5,000.
St. Paul RCMP are continuing to efforts to locate Frank Jackson and are requesting the public to call St. Paul RCMP at 780-645-8870 with any information surrounding his whereabouts.

This information directly impacts police operations which are aided by data-driven intelligence.”
