Police seeking witnesses and dashcam footage following theft on Ryan Road

Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect following a theft that occurred on Ryan Road on the morning of July 7, 2026.

Between approximately 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., a young woman was walking on Ryan Road when an unknown man approached her from behind while riding a bicycle and grabbed cash from her hand. He continued northbound along Ryan Road on the bicycle.

The victim was not physically injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as:

• Apparently Caucasian male
• Approximately 30 to 40 years old
• Dark brown or black hair
• Beard

There is no description available of the bicycle.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident, observed a man matching the suspect's description riding a bicycle in the area around the time of the theft, or who may have dash camera or surveillance footage from Ryan Road between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on July 7, 2026, to contact police.
