Delivered in partnership with Coquitlam RCMP the program brings together emergency preparedness, fire safety, and crime prevention education. The course is intended to help residents protect themselves, their families, their neighbours, and their property through proactive planning and community awareness. Registration is recommended and priority is given to Port Coquitlam residents.
