A ring has been found, and Kamloops Detachment RCMP frontline police are looking to return it to the rightful owner.
In May of 2025, a unique ring was found near the 700-block of McGill Road, since then investigators have been trying to reunite the ring with the proper owner and have not yet had any success. There is no indication in the investigation so far that the ring was stolen.
“The ring appears to be a custom gold and diamond ring that is very unique,” states Corporal Dana Napier, spokesperson for the Kamloops RCMP Detachment. “Given the very distinct features of the ring, the rightful owner will need to provide those details to investigators in order to satisfy ownership of the ring.”
