The Kelowna RCMP is issuing a public interest notification pursuant to the Privacy Act of Canada regarding Graham Daniel Dodge, who is considered to pose a high risk to re-offend.
Dodge poses a significant risk to adolescent males, including acquaintances as well as members of the general public.
Graham Dodge was released from custody on April 7, 2026, in the Okanagan and is currently residing in Kelowna, BC.

Dodge was previously incarcerated for offences including possession of child pornography and sexual interference. He was released in 2024 and placed on probation until February 2027. Following his release, he was arrested for breaching probation. A Kelowna RCMP investigation resulted in an additional charge of possession of child pornography, to which Dodge pleaded guilty on April 7, 2026. He was sentenced to 37 months in jail, which equated to time served.
Graham Dodge is bound by conditions of his probation order which include, in part:
- No contact with his victims
- No contact, communication directly or indirectly, or be in the presence of any person under the age of 18, except for his immediate family or incidental contact passing through common areas of his residential building.
- No go to any public park, public swimming area, community centre or theatre where persons under the age of 18 are present or can reasonably be expected to be present, or a daycare centre, school or playground.
- Do not access any computer network including the internet to (1) access any content which violates the law (2) access directly or indirectly or maintain any personal profile on any special media sites, social networks, internet discussion forums or chat rooms, except for the purposes of employment. Must notify Probation of any profile or chatroom he accesses or maintains. (3) Communicate or attempt to communicate with any person you know or reasonably appears or represent themselves to be under the age of 18 years, unless they are members of your family.
The Kelowna RCMP in partnership with Probation Services and other policing units, will be actively monitoring his compliance and behaviour in the community.
This information is being released to support public awareness and encourage appropriate precautions.
Anyone who has information about or observes Graham Dodge violating any of these conditions is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
