Langley RCMP is providing an update to the stabbing investigation that occurred on April 16, 2026, in the 6400 block of 199 Street in Langley.
A 36-year-old Langley man has been arrested in relation to this incident and remains in police custody.
“This arrest is the result of strong collaboration between frontline officers and investigators from Langley RCMP’s General Investigation Section and Serious Crimes Unit,” said Superintendent Harm Dosange, Officer‑in‑Charge of the Langley RCMP. “We would like to acknowledge the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team for their assistance. This remains a targeted incident, and there is no ongoing risk to the general public.”
