A man believed to have gang ties to British Columbia tops Bolo Program’s newly announced Top 25 list of Canada’s most wanted fugitives, which was unveiled in Vancouver on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, by representatives from Bolo, the BC RCMP and 15 other police agencies from across the country.
Bryan Fuentes Gramajo, wanted for murder by the Toronto Police Service, is believed to be a member of the Montreal, Quebec-based Zone 43 gang, which has been known to operate in the Lower Mainland. He now holds the number one spot on Bolo’s Top 25 list of Canada’s most wanted fugitives.
Several others on the list, including Mohamed Shire, Dharam Dhaliwal, and Kiarash Parzham, all wanted for murder in other provinces, also have ties to BC.
“Every one of us — every police service in this room, every member of the public who is watching, listening, or reading about this announcement — have a part to play in locating these wanted fugitives. They could be in any community and we need your eyes and ears to help bring them to justice,” said BC RCMP Commanding Officer Deputy Commissioner Dwayne McDonald. “We need to know where these people are. So, pick up the phone and call in your tip. We all have a role to play in community safety.”
Rewards of up to $100,000 are being offered for information leading to the arrests of Bryan Fuentes Gramajo and the additional four fugitives in the top 5 of the list.
“Make no mistake — these dangerous individuals are somewhere, among us, right now,” said Bolo Program Executive Director Max Langlois. “And they will remain there if we don’t do something. Today, together, as a nation, we’re sending the message that we’re on the lookout for them.”
