• Assault with a weapon
• Uttering threats

Tommy Joseph Marion is described as:

• White male
• 5’10” (181 cm)
• 181 lb (82 kg)
• Black hair
• Brown eyes
• Scar on right forearm
• Surgical scar on back of neck
