Note: Fees are payable only by debit card or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We no longer accept cash payments. Two pieces of valid Government issued identification is required, including photo ID (BC Driver’s licence is best). Must be a resident of Richmond with current address on ID.
Please note: BC Driver’s licence combined with the BC Services Card is considered one piece of ID. Expired ID is not accepted.
