Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person Malcolm Leitao

Malcolm was last heard from on July 30, 2026, when he left his care home. Investigators have since tracked Malcolm’s movements to Toronto and then back to Vancouver on August 24, 2026. Police believe he may currently be staying somewhere in the vicinity of Cambie Street in Vancouver.

Malcolm left his care home without clothing, personal belongings. Despite extensive investigative efforts, officers have been unable to locate him and are concerned for his wellbeing.

Malcolm is described as:

• Senior male
• Small build
• Tanned skin
• Balding
• Medium-length grey beard
• Last seen wearing a black sweater with white writing on the front
• Long chain necklace
• Light blue jeans
• White and grey worn running shoes
