Mr. Raynier was last seen on August 26, 2026 leaving his residence in Richmond.

Description of Seann Raynier:

• Caucasian male
• 5’10”
• Slim build
• Short blonde hair
• Brown eyes

He was last seen wearing:

• Blue t-shirt
• Black shorts
• Black hat
• Blue backpack
