During the course of these investigations, officers also seized more than 50 grams of illicit drugs, including fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine.
"Keeping impaired, prohibited, and dangerous drivers off our roads remains a priority for the West Kelowna RCMP," said Inspector Brendan Dolan, Officer in Charge of the West Kelowna RCMP Detachment. "These enforcement results highlight the important work being done by our Traffic Services Unit to improve road safety and hold offenders accountable. We want everyone to arrive at their destination safely, not just over long weekends, but every day of the year."
The West Kelowna RCMP reminds motorists to plan ahead, drive sober, obey all traffic laws, and make responsible choices behind the wheel.
