Name the Foal contest
Hey kids, we have a contest just for you! The Musical Ride's Breeding Program is welcoming new foals born at the RCMP Breeding Farm in Pakenham, Ontario. We're asking for your help in naming up to 10 of these adorable foals. Wouldn't it be cool if one of the foals you name becomes part of the world-famous Musical Ride one day?
Contest details
The contest starts on April 1, so get your imagination in gear. To qualify, you must:
- be 14 years old or under
- submit a name that starts with the letter B
- names should have a maximum of 12 letters
- enter only once
- live in Canada
- enter by no later than April 25, 2025, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time
The RCMP Musical Ride and Heritage Branch will choose up to 10 winning names from across Canada. We'll announce the winners, and winning names on our website and social media in May 2025. Each child who wins, as well as the winning classroom, will receive some great RCMP prizes.
