Enterprise Transparency governance
Enterprise Transparency governance details the RCMP's efforts to enhance trust in our organization through structured engagement initiatives. Transparency and accountability at the RCMP, enabled by an Enterprise Transparency approach, offers up opportunities to enhance accountability, foster trust, drive innovation and change, enhance services and policies, foster evidence-based decision making, nurture community policing, and become a more efficient and responsive public safety organization.
Enterprise Transparency working group (ETWG)
The RCMP's Enterprise Transparency Working Group, formerly known as the Open Government Working Group, was created in order to strengthen collaboration and internal communication on Open Government/Enterprise Transparency initiatives. The working group was launched in May 2022 where members collaborated to develop the Terms of Reference.

The Enterprise Transparency Working Group Terms of Reference provide members with information about the Working Group's mandate, membership criteria, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadence and governance.
