Training Tuesdays: Introductions

In the first week at Depot, there are a lot of introductions for the new cadets. They attend addresses by a number of officers and staff including the Commanding Officer, Training Officer, Sergeant-Major, and the Cadet Resource Liaison, among others.

Through these addresses, cadets are welcomed to Depot and informed of the responsibilities and expectations for the next 6 months. They will get a glimpse of what life is like in the RCMP and what makes a Mountie unique among the different policing agencies in Canada.

Cadets also learn about the amazing network of personal, career, and multifaith spiritual supports available to them during training.
