• Makes, Prints, Publishes or Possess for the Purpose of Publication Any Child Pornography
• Possession of Child Pornography.

• Not to consume, purchase or possess alcohol.
• Not to enter drinking establishments.
• Not to consume, purchase or possess drugs other than prescribed medication taken as prescribed
• Not to be in the presence of any children under the age of 16 unless accompanied by an adult that has been previously approved by the court.
• Not to be in, near or around places where children under the age of 16 years are likely to congregate such as daycares, elementary and secondary schools, parks, and playgrounds, swimming pools and recreational centres unless accompanied by a responsible adult previously approved in writing by his parole supervisor.
• Follow a treatment plan/program to be arranged by his parole supervisor.
• Reside as directed by the Correctional Service of Canada.
• Not to have any direct or indirect contact with the victims.
• Immediately report all relationships and friendships and any changes to the status of the relationships to his parole supervisor.
• Not to own or possess more than one mobile communication device or Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card without written permission of his parole supervisor.
• Not to own, use or possess any technological device that would allow him to access to the internet, unless previously approved in writing by the court his parole supervisor.

In addition, Pozniak is subject to a lifetime prohibition from:

• Attending a public park or public swimming area where persons under 16 years are present or can reasonably be expected to be present or a daycare centre, school ground, playground, or community centre.
• Seeking or continuing any employment, whether for pay or as a volunteer in a capacity that involves being in a position of trust or authority towards persons under the age of 16 years.
• Using the internet or other digital network, unless it is done in accordance with conditions set by the court.
• Accessing the internet or computers unless it is at a job site and is work related and not possess a digital device that can access the internet.

POZNIAK is also subject to a 10 year weapons prohibition preventing possession of any firearm, crossbow, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, explosive substances, or all such things.
