Flin Flon RCMP charge 27-year-old woman involved in multiple incidents of Mischief

On April 21, 2026, at 8:55 pm, Flin Flon RCMP responded to a report of an attempted stabbing at a residence located on Channing Drive in Flin Flon.
Officers attended to the address and located a 35-year-old male, from Flin Flon, with non-life-threatening injuries, who declined medical attention. The victim advised he had been assaulted, that his vehicle had been damaged and his personal effects stolen.
The investigation led to the identification of a suspect, a 27-year-old female from Pukatawagan, who had fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Later that evening, Flin Flon RCMP received a report that this same suspect had attended to a residence, located on Hapnot Street, several times throughout the day, and caused considerable damage to the property. The suspect had fled once again and was not located.
On April 24, at 2:40 am, the 27-year-old female suspect returned to the address on Hapnot street and caused further damage to the home before fleeing the scene on foot.
Officers arrived within minutes and located the female suspect a short distance away. She was taken into custody without incident.
RCMP have charged 27-year-old Verena Daniels, of Pukatawagan, with a number of offences including Robbery, Breaking and entering, Assault with a weapon, Assault, Uttering threats and multiple counts of Mischief. She was remanded into custody for a court appearance scheduled for April 27 in The Pas.
Flin Flon RCMP continue to investigate.
