Portage la Prairie RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying suspects wanted in connection with a break-and-enter last summer in Macgregor.

The incident occurred just before 5 a.m. on June 26, 2025, when a white GMC truck pulled into the parking lot of a store on Hampton Street East and aggressively backed into the warehouse door – creating a pathway for suspects to enter the store and steal a number of items. The suspects then fled.

Since that time, Portage la Prairie RCMP have continued to investigate the incident. RCMP are releasing enhanced images of the truck used in the break and enter – which has a Manitoba license plate – and an image of one of the two suspects being sought in connection with the crime.

Anyone who may be able to identify the suspect, the whereabout of the truck or have any other information about the incident is asked to contact Portage la Prairie RCMP at 204-857-4445 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or via a secure online tip at www.manitobacrimestoppers.com.
