Manitoba RCMP Traffic Services make significant seizures up north

During a recent deployment during the week of May 4, 2026, members of Manitoba RCMP Traffic Services completed traffic enforcement along highways 373 and 374 between Pimicikamak Cree Nation and Kinosao Sipi Cree Nation.
On May 5, at approximately 2:05 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle on Highway 373, near Jenpeg. The male driver and three occupants, all from Kinosao Sipi Cree Nation, were observed to have open alcohol in the vehicle as well as cannabis in plain sight.
The driver, Bradley Osborne, 35 was found to have three outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and additionally charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, resist/obstruct peace officer, and given tickets under the Highway Traffic Act.
Passengers Amanda Ettawacappo, 33, Hayley Mowatt, 29, and Dillon Cromarty, 36, were also arrested. Both females later admitted to officers that they were concealing cocaine on their person and approximately 15 ounces was seized.
All three passengers were charged with drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.
In total, 48 Provincial Offence Notices were issued for various violations and five Administrative Driver’s License Suspension Enforcement (ADSE) were handed out.
