Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP arrest male, find $10,000 in cash

On May 17, at approximately 5:45 p.m., Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP located a suspect wanted on a warrant of arrest outside a residence on North Central Road, on the Ebb and Flow First Nation.

RCMP located the suspect inside the residence, asked him to come outside and arrested him without incident. A search of the suspect uncovered two small bags of what appeared to be crystal methamphetamine and $10,000 in cash.

Davey Mousseau, 34, of Morden is charged with:

• Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000;
• Drug possession; and
• Drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Mousseau was remanded into custody.
