On May 20, 2026, at 3:55 pm, Niverville responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 311 and 6th Avenue South in Niverville.
Officers were travelling on Highway 311 and witnessed a vehicle rear-end another vehicle that was stopped on Highway 311, while waiting for another vehicle to turn. All vehicles involved were travelling west.
The 16-year-old male driver from the RM of Tache that failed to stop causing the collision, has been charged with Drive Imprudently.
No injuries were reported.
