On May 23, Spruce Plains RCMP received a report that a convenience store in Rapid City had been vandalized overnight.
The incident occurred about 4 a.m. at a store on Second Avenue in Rapid City, when a suspect wearing a disguise spray-painted over the store’s outdoor security cameras. The suspect appeared to be wearing a long smock, gloves, a face mask, glasses, a hat and either had long red hair or a wig. It is not known whether they were male or female.
There was no attempted entry to the store and no additional damage occurred.
