Update - The 34-year-old female reported missing on June 4 has been located safe. The South Indian Lake RCMP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.

On June 4, 2026, at 4:50 pm, South Indian Lake RCMP received a report of a missing 34-year-old female from the community.

Cynthia Linklater was last seen two months ago leaving with a family member on a flight to Winnipeg.

Her last contact with family was approximately two weeks ago and she has not been seen since. It’s believed she is still in the City of Winnipeg.

She’s described as being 5’7”, 190lbs with black hair & brown eyes. She has a tattoo of the moon on the back of her left hand and a rose tattoo on the back of her right hand. No clothing description was provided.

Her family and the RCMP are now concerned for her wellbeing.
