On June 15, 2026, Selkirk RCMP received a report about an unknown male who was driving a white vehicle and exposing himself to a female walking on River Road in the RM of St Andrews. The male had stopped his vehicle in front of her. The female advised police that the incident occurred the previous night at approximately 9:30 p.m.

On June 16, 2026, at 4:43 p.m., the same female observed the same male parked in a church parking lot in the RM St. Andrews, inside the same white vehicle. This time, the female was able to relay a description of the suspect to police, including the vehicle he was driving and his license plate number.

Later that same evening, at 8:24 p.m., Selkirk RCMP received another complaint from a different female regarding the same white vehicle in a car wash located in Selkirk. The male was observed to exit one of the wash bays and leave the building, only to reappear and park in a wash bay next to the complainant. The male exposed himself several times while watching the complainant wash her car.

Following these incidents, Selkirk RCMP, Selkirk RCMP General Investigation Section and the Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit were engaged to locate the suspect.

On June 18, 2026, a 21-year-old male from the RM of St Andrews was arrested for two counts of Indecent Act. He has been released on conditions and is scheduled for court on August 7, 2026, in Selkirk.

Selkirk RCMP continue to investigate.
