Powerview RCMP search for suspects in a Break and Enter

On June 29, 2026, at 3:35 am, Powerview RCMP responded to a break and enter at a business along Highway 59, at the intersection of Highway 11, in the RM of Alexander.
The owners were notified by the alarm company that the alarm had been triggered. Upon arrival, they noticed that the metal cage to the front door was pulled off the building and there was broken glass everywhere. Police were notified and attended immediately.
It would appear that three suspects entered the store using a tow truck to pull the cage out. They then entered the building and stole cigarettes and liquor.
