A 62-year-old man from Moncton, N.B., has died following a single-vehicle crash in Colpitts Settlement, N.B.
On June 4, 2025, at approximately 12:42 p.m., members of the Caledonia Region RCMP responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Grub Road in Colpitts Settlement. The driver, a 62-year-old man from Moncton, died at the scene as a result of his injuries. Two passengers were transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash is believed to have occurred when the vehicle, travelling northbound on Grub Road, veered off the road, struck a culvert and a parked truck, and rolled several times before landing in the ditch.
Members of Ambulance New Brunswick and the New Brunswick Coroner's Office attended the scene. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the man's exact cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing.
