A 14-year-old boy from Notre-Dame, N.B., has died following a two-vehicle collision in Notre-Dame, N.B.
On September 14, 2025, at approximately 4:07 p.m., members of the Richibucto RCMP responded to a report of a collision involving a dirt bike and a vehicle on Route 115 in Notre-Dame, N.B.
The collision is believed to have occurred when a vehicle was passing another and struck a dirt bike travelling along the side of the road.
The driver of the dirt bike, a 14-year-old boy from Notre-Dame, died at the scene as a result of his injuries. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was transferred to hospital with serious injuries.
Members of the Saint-Antoine Fire Department, Ambulance New Brunswick, and a member of the New Brunswick Coroner's Office attended the scene. A New Brunswick RCMP Traffic Reconstructionist is assisting with the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
