65-year-old man dies following collision involving a pedestrian

A 65-year-old man from Point la Nim, N.B., has died following a single-vehicle collision involving a pedestrian in Dalhousie Junction, N.B.

On September 5, 2025, at approximately 12:40 a.m., members of the Campbellton RCMP responded to a report of a collision between a transport truck and a pedestrian on Blair Malcom Road in Dalhousie Junction. The pedestrian died at the scene as a result of his injuries. The driver and sole occupant of the transport truck was uninjured.

Members of Ambulance New Brunswick, and an RCMP Collision Reconstructionist also attended the scene.

A member of the New Brunswick Coroner’s Office attended the scene and is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
