Update, November 5, 2025: The Western Valley Region RCMP is still looking for a missing woman who was last seen on July 14, 2025, near the border crossing in Woodstock. Police are asking anyone in the Woodstock area who may have trail cameras in wooded areas, or who may be hunting or walking nearby, to remain alert for anything unusual or out of place. If you notice anything that could assist in the investigation, please contact the Western Valley Region RCMP at 506-325-3000. Your awareness and cooperation are greatly appreciated as efforts to locate her continue.

Update, September 22, 2025: Police are still trying to locate the missing woman who was last seen on July 14, 2025, near the border crossing in Woodstock, N.B. Despite extensive efforts, including ground and aerial searches, no new information has emerged regarding her whereabouts. Police are asking residents to check their properties for any sign of the missing woman, or anything that may appear out of place. If you come across anything, leave it as is and notify police. If you have seen her, or if you have information on her whereabouts, please contact the Western Valley Region RCMP at 506-325-3000.

The Western Valley Region RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 57-year-old woman from Hyannis, Massachusetts.

She was last seen on July 14, 2025, near the border crossing in Woodstock, N.B. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate her but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and her family are concerned for her wellbeing.

On September 7, her vehicle was recovered deep in the woods in Chapmanville, N.B. RCMP Police Dog Services and Ground Search and Rescue teams have been in the area searching, but so far, there have been no signs of her.

Police are asking anyone with camps, or who may be in the area hunting in the coming days and weeks to keep an eye out for any signs of Gretchen Fitzpatrick.
