Missing 60-year-old man

The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 60-year-old man from the community of Moncton, N.B.

Joseph Valmond Leblanc was last seen on October 13, 2025 near West Lane in Moncton. He was reported missing to the police on October 16, 2025. Police have followed up on several leads to try to locate him, but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing.

Joseph Valmond Leblanc is described as approximately five feet 8 inches (175 centimeters) tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds (58 kilograms). He has green eyes and grey hair. A clothing description is not available at this time.
