The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 16-year-old girl from Moncton, N.B.

Hope McLaughlin was last seen at approximately 11:30 a.m. on December 4, 2025, near Myers Street in Moncton. She was reported missing to the police on the same day. Police have followed up on several leads to try to locate her, but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and her family are concerned for her wellbeing.

Hope McLaughlin is described as being approximately five feet 5 inches (165 centimetres) tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds (57 kilograms). She has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing sweatpants, a pink winter jacket, black and white boots, and carrying a multicoloured backpack.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
