RCMP seeking public’s help following break, enter and theft

The Oromocto RCMP is asking for the public's help to identify a person or persons of interest following a break, enter and theft in Oromocto, N.B.

The theft occurred during the overnight hours of December 19, 2025, when one or more individuals forcefully entered a business on Restigouche Road, and left with a substantial amount of gold and silver, as well as two chainsaws, two acoustic guitars, six mechanical watches, two paintball guns and one pellet gun. Police do not currently have surveillance footage photos.

“We are asking anyone who may have information to contact police,” said Sergeant Stéphane Esculier of the Oromocto Detachment. “If you have a dash camera or home security system in the area, please take a moment to review your overnight footage and report anything that appears unusual or suspicious.”
