Arrest warrant issued for Brady Penney (UPDATED)

Update: Brady Penney was arrested on August 8, 2025. 

An arrest warrant has been issued for 23-year-old Brady James Penney of Springdale. He is wanted for breaching a court release order.

Penney was released from court on August 6, 2025 on conditions and breached one of those conditions within an hour of his release. He has been actively evading police since this time and it is believed he may be in the Seal Cove area.
