Gander RCMP asking for assistance locating Melissa Crummey

Gander RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 41-year-old Melissa Crummey. 

Crummey was last seen on Friday, May 1, 2026 and spoke with family via text this afternoon. Police and family are concerned for her safety and well-being and would like to speak with her.

It is believed that she may possibly be in the St. John’s area. She is driving a white 2019 Kia Forte, with NL License Plate number JJO 87X. 

Police are asking anyone with information about the current location of Melissa Crummey to contact Gander RCMP as soon as possible at 709-256-6841.
