UPDATE (May 9, 2026): RCMP NL confirms that Johnathon Cole was arrested this morning (Saturday) by Avalon East District RCMP. Thanks to the public and the media for their assistance.

Avalon East District RCMP is looking to arrest 33-year-old Johnathon Richard Cole of Colliers, who is the subject of arrest warrants and is actively evading police.

Cole is wanted in connection to multiple charges under the Criminal Code for failing to comply with court-imposed conditions and failing to attend court.

Cole, 33, is described as Caucasian with brown eyes and brown hair. He is approximately 5’ 6” tall and weighs about 120 pounds. He has a faint droplet tattoo under his left eye. A photo of Johnathon Cole is attached.
