Police in Holyrood arrested 42-year-old Justin Joseph Phillips after responding to a disturbance at a Harbour Main residence in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Shortly after 4:30 a.m. on May 27, officers responded to a report of a man causing a disturbance at a home on Harbour Drive. The suspect was known to the homeowners, and no one was injured during the incident.
Upon arrival, police discovered that the suspect had left the scene but had caused extensive damage to a parked vehicle.
Police searched the area and took 42-year-old Justin Joseph Phillips into custody. He was transported to the detachment in Holyrood, and charged with mischief (two counts), trespassing at night, failure to comply with a probation order and failure to comply with a release order.
Philips will remain in custody until his next appearance in Provincial Court on June 5.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
