Natuashish RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance locating 30-year-old Wayne John Kaniuekutat Mistenapeo. Mistenapeo is the subject of an arrest warrant and is actively evading police.

He is wanted in relation to charges of:

• Assault with a weapon

• Forcible confinement  

• Uttering threats

• Failure to comply with an undertaking
