Holyrood RCMP investigating act of mischief, seeking public’s assistance

Holyrood RCMP is investigating an incident of mischief at a local residence on Wednesday, and anyone with information about the suspect or suspects is being asked to contact police. 

Sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on July 8, an individual or individuals broke several window panes at a home on Briens Road in Holyrood. When police responded to the home, they discovered additional damage to the windshield and driver’s side window of a car parked outside. 

The investigation is continuing.

Anyone having information about this crime, or the person or persons responsible, is asked to contact Holyrood RCMP at (709) 229-3892. Police are also looking for any available video surveillance footage, including dash camera footage, from Briens Road between 11:30 p.m. on July 7 and 1:30 a.m. on July 8.
