Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is seeking the public’s help to identify the suspect in a theft that occurred at a retail store Tuesday afternoon.

On July 8, Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP received a report from staff at Walmart on Cromer Avenue. A suspect was observed on video surveillance the day prior, Tuesday July 7 at around 2:15 p.m., taking a portable air conditioning unit from the store without paying for the item.

An image of the suspect is attached.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone with any information related to the identity of the person in the photo is asked to contact Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP at 709-489-2121.
