Arrest warrant issued for Matthew Payne

Holyrood RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance locating 43-year-old Matthew Jerry Payne, who is the subject of an active arrest warrant.

He is wanted in relation to a number of Criminal Code charges including:

• Break and enter with intent,
• Dangerous operation of a conveyance – two counts,
• Flight from a police or peace officer – two counts,
• Failure to comply with a condition of a release order – two counts,
