Bay St. George RCMP investigating theft of utility trailer, seeking public's help

Bay St. George RCMP is investigating the theft of a utility trailer from a business in Stephenville, and asking for the public’s help identifying the individual or individuals responsible and locating the stolen item.

On September 4, police in Stephenville respond to a report that a flatbed utility trailer had been stolen from a business on Hansen Memorial Highway in Stephenville. The theft is believed to have occurred sometime between the last week of July 2026 and late August 2026.

The 2026 Easy Hauler 7x14 tandem axel utility trailer was bearing VIN 2SPUHSB20TN076274 at the time it disappeared. 

Photographs of the stolen utility trailer are attached.

Anyone who has any information related to this crime or knows the current location of the stolen item is asked to contact Bay St. George RCMP at 709-643-2118.
